With our three massive Kugler Womako lines we can bind huge volumes of books in shorter timescales than any conventionally equipped finisher. Our lines automatically feed pre-padded and trimmed book blocks, trim off the glue, punch, bind and turn the back cover (Wire-O) all in one uninterrupted pass. These are the most efficient lines available and give us an enormous facility for producing various styles of lay flat books and calendars.

We run plastic spiral books on one of our larger lines, which is one of only a handful in the world with this capability. It makes the process far more efficient than the conventional handwork based production techniques.

Our comprehensive range of smaller, off-line equipment enables us to take on any job, no matter how small. In the same day we will be running automated lines on projects that run into the millions as well as a title that may only be 20 copies.

There are a myriad of different styles of binding using the Wire-O process and we can advise on all of them and provide samples and detailed specifications for your project. We are always looking to create exciting and innovative new products for our customers and welcome new design challenges.
